Hi everybody.
It's been more than 3 years I didn't update this blog.
The last entry I posted here when I was in Lumut, Perak, Malaysia.
There is something wrong with the image on that post.
I'll check it later.
As I'm staying far far away from my backup hardisk where I keep all the previous photos.
Anyway.
As some of you are already aware.
That I am staying in Doha, Qatar now.
It's been 1 month already.
Hopefully I can stay here until my working contract expired next year.
Or better after the World Cup Qatar 2022.
InsyaAllah - may god permit me to do that.
Amin.
Talking about the postcard.
It's quite a challenge to find hereby.
The only place I've found the postcard is at the Souq Waqif.
So, after a couple visits to the photo shop.
Finally, I decided to purchase one postcard.
It's price is 5 riyal per piece.
Normally with 5 riyal, I can buy about 5 postcards in my country.
But, there is another issue.
I need to purchase stamp and how to post it into my hometown.
Arrived Lumut town today.
Walking around the town looking for local postcard. Stumble upon an Indian shop showing postcard on it’s window. Only 2 designs but the price of rm2 each is expensive. Nonetheless, I bought 2 pieces for each design.
Updated. 16/9/2025, Tuesday - Hari Malaysia 2025.
I cannot find the same postcard again here in Lumut town. Nonetheless, I cannot find any postcard anywhere nowadays. If you know about any postcard, please let me know.

Note. Writing on Pixajoy postcards is a hard thing to do bcoz the card surface is so slicky. So, today I bought a new artline pen which get both 0.4mm and 1.0mm points so that I can write it easily on the postcards.
For the last 2 weeks, I was on outstation and when I came back I saw on my mailbox there were batches of postcards.
Hence, today, I have finished writing 28 postcards to my new penpals all over the world.
This blog is about postcard swaps, and other small hobbies. You can visit my daily photojournal on >> TIGA LALAT. Always looking forward to your comments!
